She has helped me both purchase and sell multiple homes—including new construction—and every experience has been exceptional. Tammy is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes the entire process feel easy, supported, and even fun. I couldn’t imagine navigating real estate with anyone else!

Ed and Sara Hosni

Stephanie did a great job of listening and interpreting what we were trying to do and representing us in the process. She was very responsive and always ready to quickly move to what was needed to be done next.

Chris Maynard

We couldn't have been blessed with a more knowledgeable, helpful and patient real estate professional. This real estate market took a real mental toll on us when we first started down this road. If it weren't for Tammy, we likely would have postponed our purchase plans, but we are so glad we didn't now! Thank you Tammy for putting up with our frustration. You really made the difference in helping us get to the promised land!

FAQ's

Got a question? You're not the only one. Here are a few we get a lot.

This is a great question. A 2024 legal settlement changed real estate industry rules nationwide. Buyer-agent compensation is no longer automatically included in listings — it's now a separate, negotiated term. As a result, agents are required to have a signed buyer representation agreement in place before showing homes, so compensation and services are clear from the start. We would be happy to discuss further if you have more questions, we know it can feel complicated. Just know that every agent should be asking clients to sign this form. It is required.
