Got a question? You're not the only one. Here are a few we get a lot. 

This is a great question. A 2024 legal settlement changed real estate industry rules nationwide. Buyer-agent compensation is no longer automatically included in listings — it's now a separate, negotiated term. As a result, agents are required to have a signed buyer representation agreement in place before showing homes, so compensation and services are clear from the start. We would be happy to discuss further if you have more questions, we know it can feel complicated. Just know that every agent should be asking clients to sign this form. It is required.
